Simple Chia Cereal

You gotta love the simplicity of this morning cereal. It’s packed full of fiber, Omegas and protein. It tastes so good that it’s become my go to breakfast food.  I sometimes make this the night before if I know I’m going to have a busy morning and that way I won’t forget to eat breakfast.  It also travels really well as the chia absorbs the liquid and it becomes more like a pudding so throw it in a glass container and bring it to work.  Add in sweeter ingredients and have it as a dessert.  For the hemp milk recipe click HERE
