This is a 5 min recipe. It’s quick and to the point and can be used in many different ways. I like this raw sundried tomato marinara on crackers, in collard wraps with fresh sprouts, on vegetable pasta, and as a topping on this raw pizza recipe.
RAW SUNDRIED TOMATO MARINARA
- 4 fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes (soaked for an hour or pour warm water and soak for 15min)
- 1 bell pepper (preferably not green)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 TBS fresh parsley
- 2 TBS lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Place all ingredients in food processor with ‘s’ blade or blender and pulse until smooth but still has a little texture.
